1. Saunaclub YinYang is a facility company
Saunaclub YinYang offers opportunities for use of catering, wellness and any erotically tinted contacts (whether or not for a fee). Any commercial sex contacts are at your own expense and responsibility. Sauna club YinYang is not a party to this.
2. Access from 21 years old
Everyone must be able to identify themselves with a valid ID upon entry.
3. Norms and values
a. Any form of coercion, aggression or threat (verbal or physical) to guests and staff is unacceptable and will not be tolerated under penalty of removal from Saunaclub Yin Yang.
b. One is expected to have good social behavior (respect for each other and each other’s possessions).
c. Any expression of discrimination and/or racism is out of the question under penalty of removal from Saunaclub Yin Yang.
d. The visitor who performs sexual acts for a fee may refuse other visitors.
e. Sexual acts must be performed safely.
f. The visitor, who performs sexual acts for a fee, is not obliged to work without the use of a condom if requested.

4. Drugs and/or alcohol
a. If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you will be refused entry.
b. If you become under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs during your visit to Saunaclub YinYang, you will be asked to leave the building and grounds of Saunaclub YinYang.
c. The possession, trafficking and/or use of all forms, types and quantities of drugs is strictly prohibited. Offenders are immediately removed and further access is denied and the offence is reported to the police. The visitor who performs sexual acts for a fee is not obliged to drink alcoholic beverages or use other narcotics at the request of other visitors.

No €200 and €500 bills will be accepted at checkout.

b. Security is there for your and our safety. They are authorized to give instructions, which must be followed by you relentlessly.
c. It is up to security to see if someone fits within the concept of Saunaclub YinYang.
d. You agree that the security people can and may search you.
e. In the event of unwanted gathering and causing tension, you must immediately report Saunaclub YinYang to Saunaclub YinYang on the instructions of the (security) staff.

7. Loss, damage and/or theft
a. It is in your own interest that you use the lockable lockers.
b. Taking our belongings without permission is prohibited.
c. In the event of damage to our property inside and outside our building, you will be held liable for the repair and/or renewal costs. Furthermore, access will be denied.

8. It is not allowed to…
a. Take photos or video recordings;
b. Bring a mobile phone inside Saunaclub YinYang. You can put it in your own locker;
c. To bring bags, suitcases and the like into Saunaclub YinYang;
d. Cause nuisance in and around Saunaclub YinYang.

9. Liability
Sauna Club YinYang, the management and the staff cannot be held liable
for any injury, material and/or immaterial damage to and from the visitors.

10. Clothing
Upon arrival, each guest receives a towel and bathrobe.
11. The rooms
Please leave the rooms in the same good condition as you found them upon entering. Dirty goods in the laundry baskets and waste in the appropriate bins.
12. Swimming pool
There is no active supervision in or near our swimming pools and/or whirlpools and use is at your own risk.
13. Upon entering you agree to the house rules of Saunaclub YinYang
Afterwards, we ask you to leave Saunaclub YinYang and the neighborhood quietly and without inconvenience.
14. Violation of the Saunaclub YinYang house rules may result in expulsion.
